This week, I got the opportunity to sit down with Michel Bluteau, a Senior Technical Product Manager at BeyondTrust. Let’s dive in.

Meet Michel Bluteau

Michel has been involved with integrations for more than 20 years across multiple software vendors, mostly around Identity and Access Governance. Michel has been with BeyondTrust for over 6 years! Starting as a Sales Engineer, Michel has hands-on experience with our customers' use cases and needs. Now a Sr. Product Integrations Manager, he has accumulated many certifications during his career, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with SQL Server, Oracle Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and several others. Recently, Michel has been involved with the Technology Alliances team to implement a tested and approved program for integrations.

As an important member of the team, Michel is responsible for making our customers' lives easier! Michel’s primary role is to work with our Technology Alliances Partners to make each integration easy and repeatable, with solid testing and clear documentation. He is also responsible for running his own research and development lab to assist both our Technology Alliances teams and our Developer Teams at BeyondTrust. Michel is always there to lend a hand--it's one of the greatest things about him!

What is Michel Bluteau most excited about for the Technology Alliances team in 2023?

Michel is most excited about delivering more integrations for our customers. Michel primarily works with our Technology Alliances partners that fall under the Identity and access management umbrella, including some of our most strategic partners, like SailPoint and Beyond Identity! His goal is to make BeyondTrust the easiest intelligent identity and access security vendor to integrate with as well as implement.

What’s Michel’s favorite thing about his work on the BeyondTrust Technology Alliances Team?

Michel is passionate about integrations and building out solutions based on our customers' environments and use cases. He loves "working with the extended Technology Alliances team to help our customers be successful." This isn’t a surprise to me because Michel is constantly working with our customers to solve problems and provide unique solutions with our integrations.

What is Michel’s favorite breakfast meal or food?

One of the fun things about Michel is that he lives out in the vast woods of Canada. With the surrounding acres of forest, Michel loves to start his morning with a hike and an energy bowl! Greek yogurt, dried and fresh fruits, and nuts! Sounds very healthy and delicious to me.
