Technology Alliance Tuesday’s Team Feature – Kalyn Kolaski

It’s Technology Alliance Tuesday again, where, on the first Tuesday of each month, we spotlight a member of the BeyondTrust Technology Alliances Team to gain their expert insights and see what they are looking forward to the most in 2023.

This week, we interviewed Kalyn Kolaski, Technology Alliances Manager at BeyondTrust, to learn more about what drives her. Let’s take a look at what we learned.

This is Kalyn and her dog, Kiwi. Kiwi showed up on her front porch on Christmas 13 years ago and they have been best friends ever since.

Meet Kalyn Kolaski

Kalyn is a newer addition to the BeyondTrust Technology Alliances team, but she is no stranger to BeyondTrust. We thought Kalyn would be great to interview next because she celebrated her birthday just last week. Happy Belated, Kalyn!

Kalyn is a Technology Alliances Manager and is responsible for all our innovation tier Technology Alliance Partners, as well as our Cyber Insurance partnerships. She also supports, onboards, and drives new use cases with all of our new Technology Alliance partnerships. Kalyn is integral to the success of our team as well as our customers. But let’s learn a little more about the details of her BeyondTrust career from her:

“I began as a Sales Development Representative for Global accounts, moved to a Client Executive for Global accounts, and then transitioned late last year into my now current role as a Technology Alliances Manager,” said Kalyn. “I am beyond grateful for all the growth I have experienced and can't wait to continue to grow here!”

Kalyn brings a wealth of knowledge to the Technology Alliances team, and we are excited to have her.

What is Kalyn Kolaski most excited about for the technology alliances team in 2023?

As we are rolling into 2023, we asked Kalyn what she was most excited about. “I am most excited to start this new year in this role and really dive into it to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships with my partners.”

As we continue to grow our integrations and alliances relationships throughout the year, I know we are just as excited to have you supporting and growing these relationships.

What’s Kalyn’s favorite thing about her work on the BeyondTrust Technology Alliance Team?

As you may have seen from our Company Kickoff a few weeks ago, we take our culture seriously here. We asked Kalyn what her favorite part about working at BeyondTrust was. To no surprise, the relationships she’s gained along the way take the cake:

“My favorite thing about my job is creating new relationships with colleagues and partners. I would also have to say that creating strategies while learning how we can come together to make companies more secure is up there too.”

Well, Kalyn, being that we are just as obsessed with our customers as we are our employees, we would have to agree.

What is Kalyn’s favorite breakfast meal or food?

We wouldn’t be able to complete this interview without asking Kalyn how she starts her day. It is the most important meal of the day, they say! “I love almost all breakfast food! But bacon for sure!”

Bacon is fan favorite on Technology Alliances team, it seems.
