It’s Technology Alliance Tuesday again, where, on the first Tuesday of each month, we spotlight a member of the BeyondTrust Technology Alliances Team to gain their expert insights and see what they are looking forward to the most in 2023.

This week I got the opportunity to sit down with Jackeline ‘Jackie’ Tabares, Technology Alliance Manager at BeyondTrust. Let’s dive in.

In her free time, Jackie loves to attend sporting events with her family. Pictured above is Jackie at the Atlanta Braves vs. Boston Red Soxx game.

Jackie has been with BeyondTrust for a little over two years now and is currently a Technology Alliance Manager on the Technology Alliance team. Jackie is responsible for supporting some of our most strategic relationships for technology alliances. Jackie has mastered the personability aspect of the partnership world, and she is a huge asset to the team. Jackie has had various roles in her career tenure, all involving a level of customer service and helping others. Working hand-in-hand with her partners day-in and -out, as well as our sales teams and customers, Jackie gets to apply these skills to her current role. Jackie truly “loves this segment of cyber security because she can see how important it is to our customers.”

Outside of her career, Jackie says, “I have a passion for playing sports, visiting new places, and constant personal development.”

What is Jackie Tabares most excited about for the Technology Alliances team in 2023?

Jackie is no stranger to the macroeconomic climate and understands that our customers are looking to do more with less without sacrificing security. “Over the past few years, we have seen a huge increase in the importance of integrations, but I think this year we’re going to see even deeper alignment with partners and more of a shared vision starting to emerge.”

At Beyond trust, we understand that not a singular vendor is going to answer all of your security problems. Working together with our best integrations and technology partners, we are able to set our customers up for success by making sure the tools and technologies in your internal environment are working together, seamlessly and without friction.

Looking out on the rest of 2023, Jackie said, “I'm excited to see the continual convergence of security tools, which will allow even greater customer outcomes to emerge. This year, I'd personally love to establish a turn-key Channel & Technology Alliance partnership that bundles BeyondTrust and other technologies for easy adoption with single-pane-of-glass management.”

What’s Jackie’s favorite thing about her work on the BeyondTrust Technology Alliances team?

Jackie is no stranger to a fast-paced environment. In fact, that was top of her list when discussing what she loved most about working on and with the team. “We get to deliver value in product releases that often come directly from customer requests. Unlike product development cycles, we're able to turn these integrations out at a faster pace, and it allows our products to extend their functionality without the normal risks associated with a new release.”

“I'm also really excited to continue working with such a diverse team,” Jackie said. We all have different backgrounds and perspectives that allow us to get really creative.”

It’s certainly one of my favorite parts, too. Being able to work with such a dynamic team really allows us to meet the needs of our customers quicker.

What is Jackie’s favorite breakfast meal or food?

Of course, we had to end this interview with the favorite meal for breakfast question. It’s the most important meal of the day, and it sounds like Jackie’s kitchen is the place to be on any morning! “My scrumptious jam-packed breakfast bowls—loaded with eggs, chicken, cilantro, avocado, onion, bell peppers, and topped with shredded cheese—is my favorite meal,” says Jackie.

Well, Jackie, next time I am in your neck of the woods, let’s have breakfast! That sounds delicious!

Stay tuned for more interviews from the Technology Alliances team throughout the year. If you would like to follow our Technology Alliances Partner Tuesday announcements, be sure to check out our #TAPTuesday posts each week on LinkedIn and Twitter.
