Although the BeyondTrust name may be new to many, our users can rest assured that we will continue to deliver the same high-quality Remote Support product, services, and experience they have come to expect. Please note that when you upgrade to this release, your users will see the new BeyondTrust logo and name in their representative console.

BeyondTrust Support (formerly Bomgar Support) will be providing email and Self-Service Center support only on Friday, April 19, 2019, for the observance of Good Friday. Support engineers will be available through 5:00 PM US/Central either by sending an email to support@bomgar.com or, for emergencies, by creating a Severity 1 incident in the Self-Service Center.

Additionally, BeyondTrust Support will be operating with adjusted hours Monday, April 22, 2019. Support engineers will be available from 6:00 AM US/Central through 7:00 PM US/Central.

Normal Support operations will resume Tuesday, April, 23, 2019. We apologize for any inconvenience.
