SSO and MFA are the foundational steps towards Identity Management and do much to provide some level of Identity Security, but they don’t address the risk that emerges after authentication. Standing access to elevated cloud privileges, over-entitled SaaS roles, and always-on permissions continue to expand the blast radius in modern environments.

This session focused on Just-In-Time (JIT) access as the next step in the identity maturity journey, delivering time-bound, on-demand elevation for SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure.

Learn how CISOs and security leaders are replacing standing privileges with access that is granted only when needed and automatically revoked when the task is complete.

What you’ll learn:

  • Why SSO and MFA alone can’t prevent misuse of elevated SaaS and cloud privileges
  • How JIT access eliminates standing privilege across cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
  • What JIT looks like in practice for on-demand elevation and least-privileged access
  • How JIT fits into a modern identity maturity model for CISOs and Security Leaders
  • How security leaders can guide IAM and IT teams to operationalize JIT using existing identity platforms
