What is imposter syndrome? Imposter syndrome is a pervasive pattern of self-doubt and feelings of fraudulence despite evident success, affects a significant portion of the population as they train, educate, and publish opinions and research within their field of discipline. The syndrome can appear within daily activities and be exaggerated while maturing in your field of expertise.

Becoming a thought leader has its own risks. While you may be able to overcome your own fears and celebrate success, visibility, popularity, and becoming a public figure has its own risks. This presentation is designed to help cultivate the next generation of thought leaders and what identity security considerations like least privilege they need to embrace as they continue on their journey.
