Bomgar's Secure Access solutions allow service desks to secure admin credentials to support the systems and users that need them.

It’s that time again – trade show time! This month, Bomgar is exhibiting and presenting at the Cherwell Global Conference 2017 and FUSION17. We will be showcasing our secure access solutions, and how they can allow service desks to secure admin credentials to support the systems and users that need them. We’ll also be showcasing Bomgar’s latest mobile support capabilities, which offers the most secure screen sharing capabilities for supporting iPads and iPhones running iOS 11. Technicians can now see the full iOS screen and chat with the end user, expanding services and speeding troubleshooting. When it comes to viewing an end-users screen – especially on a mobile device – security, privacy and trust are of the utmost importance. Make sure stop by our booth at either show to get an exclusive demo! Here’s where to find us:

  • Cherwell Global Conference 2017
    • Broadmoor Hotel & Resort – Colorado Springs, Colorado
    • October 16 – 18, 2017
    • Booth 109
  • FUSION17
    • Rosen Shingle Creek – Orlando, Florida
    • October 31 – November 2, 2017
    • Booth 802

We’ll also be presenting a breakout session at each event, led by Donald Hasson, director of ITSM product management. As data breaches seem to happen more frequently, companies of all sizes across all industries are affected. Because service desk users often have privileged account access (such as local workstation admin privileges or server admin accounts), they continue to be a primary target for hackers. If stolen or compromised, these privileged accounts can be used to move laterally within the network to gain access to systems with sensitive data. IT security groups often want to take these privileged accounts away, but they’re crucial to the service desk to provide support. Donald’s sessions will offer insight into securing access to balance productivity and security. Here’s more details:

  • Cherwell Global Conference
