There are many ways to secure an organization. Often, we don’t think about the people aspect like building a team, setting employees up for success, and creating a positive security culture.
Watch our Women in Security virtual networking event, with guest speaker Cassandra Brunetto, IT, Risk, & Compliance Manager at Graylog. Cassandra has four years of experience in the IT and InfoSec industries. She will be discussing different aspects of building a security program including:
Hiring cybersecurity personnel in a high demand market
Risk mitigation strategy to respond to rising number of attacks
Implementing effective controls for an effective security program
Changing security culture and focusing on promoting inclusivity
Cassandra will kick off the session for the first 30 minutes, then attendees will break out into smaller networking groups for the remaining 30 minutes. This event is meant to be interactive and a space where attendees will have the opportunity to break into smaller networking groups to meet & greet with fellow attendees, plus share their own stories and ideas about developing security strategies, continue to grow the industry with best-in-class talent and make cybersecurity more diverse and inclusive.
