In this webinar, Jonathan Meltzer, Sr Product Manager, will take you through the new features and enhancements available to Remote Support 23.3. He will be covering all the details about new integration capabilities like Service Now's Virtual Agent chatbot, improved scalability with upgraded features, and more.
Jonathan Meltzer has over 25 years of experience. He began his career in engineering but became more interested in why and how technology and innovation could be used to disrupt markets and solve customer problems. After attending Columbia Business School, he switched into Product Management. He has worked for both startup and large companies, focused on software and services that manage all aspects of enterprise customers' technical or human resources. Jonathan joined BeyondTrust in July as the Senior Product Manager for Remote Support. In his previous role, he worked as a Senior Manager at a Remote Monitoring and Management provider for Managed Service Providers. He was responsible for common services to manage Apple devices, cloud resources, software patches, and MS applications across their multiple SaaS platforms. Jonathan currently lives in Hopkinton, MA, near the start of the Boston Marathon. He is an avid long-distance runner who has run 13 marathons and works on Saturdays in a running store. He also enjoys spending time with his three grown children, his girlfriend, and his 19-year old dog Brady.
