The Privileged Remote Access Console course is ideal for any resource who plans to connect to endpoints using the Access Console. During this course your Access Console users will learn how to install the console and access remote endpoints using the consoles.

All courses come with manuals, virtual lab environments, and access to BeyondTrust University’s education portal. Private sessions have up to 10 seats available.

  • Setup and Installation – See how to install and log into the Privileged Remote Access Console, and learn about the basic features.
  • Session Initiation – Learn how to access endpoints securely using BeyondTrust’s patented Jump technology.
  • Session Management & Tools – Understand how to screen share and use the numerous tools within screen sharing, how to use the file transfer, command shell, system info, and registry tools.
  • Reporting Features – Learn how to access detailed session reports and how to use the session forensics feature.

Participants who successfully complete the Privileged Remote Access Console training are eligible to take the associated BeyondTrust Certification exam.
