From the date of purchase, Secure Remote Access (SRA) hardware appliances (B200, B300, and B400) are eligible for hardware support. If maintenance is current, hardware support includes repair and replacement of an appliance for up to two (2) years. Replacement appliance limited to virtual appliance.

Transitioning to a new product or appliance may require an engagement with a BeyondTrust Partner or BeyondTrust Professional Services. Migration services are not covered under maintenance contracts.

Yes, physical and virtual appliances can be mixed when configured as an Atlas cluster or in failover pairs, as long as they are appropriately sized to handle the traffic.
