BeyondTrust offers professional services package options for assisted Remote Support and Privileged Remote Access upgrades and migrations from previous software versions. Each Tier will bring your deployment to the current version of the BeyondTrust Remote Support or Privileged Remote Access software.

  1. Multiple interim updates may need to be installed and service interruptions may occur.
  2. Clients is defined as Active/Passive Jump Clients + Representative/Access Consoles.
  3. On-premises to on-premises (physical appliance to virtual appliance), on-premises to Cloud.

Before beginning a migration, it is strongly recommended to have snapshot backups available. The redeployment of jump clients may be required. For environments with end-of-life hardware, specific backup challenges or other requirements, a custom project must be scoped.
