BeyondTrust regularly reviews its product portfolio to ensure we are providing the best Privileged Access Management products to our customers. In doing so, we have identified several products that no longer represent a strategic fit with our core PAM portfolio. Therefore, we have announced the End of Sale and End of Life of the products listed below.
Please review the statements carefully for further details, including important dates, information regarding technical support, and in certain cases, alternative product recommendations.

Hardware and Virtual Appliance End of Life
End of Sale (EoS)
End of Sale (EoS) is defined as the last date the product can be ordered. Please note that hardware maintenance covers the appliance up to the defined EoL date for the product.
After the defined EoS date, the appliance version can no longer be purchased. From the EoS date until the EoL date, software versions up to the version indicated in the Last Supported Version column will be supported on the appliance. If there is no version indicated in the Last Supported Version column, the Last Supported Version has yet to be determined. If hardware failure occurs after the EoS date, customers will be required to transition to a similar piece of hardware.
End of Life (EoL)
End of Life (EoL) is defined as the last date that firmware and software will be supported for this appliance model. Firmware and software released after this date will no longer be tested and supported for this appliance model.
If a hardware failure occurs after the EOL date, customers will be required to transition to different hardware or to a virtual appliance.
Secure Remote Access (Former Bomgar) Hardware Support
From the date of purchase, Secure Remote Access (SRA) physical appliances (B200, B300, and B400) are eligible for hardware support. If maintenance is current, hardware support includes repair and replacement of an appliance for up to two (2) years. Replacement appliance limited to virtual appliance.
