Living Our Values at BeyondTrust: Turning Words Into Action

The death of George Floyd and resulting protests have recently compelled us to have some very real, very tough conversations about racism in the United States and around the world. At BeyondTrust, we have always stood steadfastly and categorically against any and all forms of discrimination or injustice, and we are absolutely committed to ongoing efforts to affect positive change in our culture, our company, and our communities.
Through these open and honest conversations, it has become clear that we need to channel our energies, move beyond words, and work together to find tangible ways to make a real difference – right now.
To that end, I along with BeyondTrust’s Global Diversity & Inclusion team have increased efforts to better understand and address the impacts of discrimination and racism at BeyondTrust and within our broader communities. These efforts include, but are not limited to, actively assessing levels of diversity with respect to race/ethnicity, gender, and other diverse groups within our organization; improving diversity efforts in recruiting and hiring; developing stronger forums for discussion around issues related to racism and unconscious/implicit biases; and providing resources for our employees to educate themselves on this topic.
Equality, respect, and dignity are undeniable human rights that form the core of who we are at BeyondTrust. We continue to oppose discrimination of any sort, and respect, support, and welcome all current and future BeyondTrust employees and customers.
As our employees share personal experiences that are both unique and universal, I am confident we will continue to find ways to evolve our culture to continue working towards the ideals and values to which we all aspire.
