We are proud to announce that Janine Seebeck, our COO/CFO, has been recognized as one of the “Top 25 Women in PE-Backed Software Companies” by The Lancer Group. This is the inaugural list from Lancer of this type and it highlights accomplishments of successful executives leading high-performing and fast-growing organizations like BeyondTrust.

Winners were nominated by Lancer’s network of private equity partners, board members, and executives as some of the most talented leaders driving value creation in private equity-backed software companies.

Janine joined BeyondTrust, formerly Bomgar, as CFO in 2016, and has since overseen the financial operations through mergers of four legacy companies in which time her teams have integrated 25+ back-end systems and a workforce of nearly 1,000 employees.

As BeyondTrust has evolved and expanded our portfolio and capabilities, Janine has been instrumental in the successful growth and scale of our operations. As such, Janine was named COO this year. With Janine at the helm of our operations, we’ve been successful in addressing the increased demand for our PAM solutions in response to the exploding amount of privileged access and accounts across enterprises as well as the seismic shift to remote working across the globe.

Most importantly, Janine lives our values every day and always goes the extra mile to celebrate and recognize the contributions of her team and our employees at BeyondTrust.

“I am humbled and honored to be included with this group of amazing and accomplished women,” Seebeck said. “I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for this recognition, and most of all, I want to thank all of the amazing employees at BeyondTrust who work tirelessly to drive our success.”

Janine was nominated for this recognition by the Human Capital Team at Francisco Partners for the steadiness and leadership she demonstrated through two private equity owners and the role she played in integrating companies through several acquisitions in the span of 12 months.

“Janine is a highly effective and personable COO and CFO,” said Ryan Greene, Human Capital Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting. “We appreciate her heroics in working through a complex integration of back-office systems, processes, and people in the last couple of years, while always keeping an eye towards culture and a people-first mindset.”

With a wealth of public and private company experience, and an unwavering commitment to building high-performing and inspired teams, Janine’s poise and detail orientation have kept us on target toward our mission to revolutionize the way our customers secure and manage privileges in their environments. She is one of two women in our C-Suite, and a role model for our employees and partners alike. We’re proud of the considerable work Janine and her teams have accomplished in our integration efforts and throughout the year of 2020. We look forward to the amazing things to come in 2021 and beyond.

Congratulations, Janine!
