Webinar MAR 26 2024 Hackers Perspective on Credentials Extraction 0000010
01:30:15

What are the places where credentials are stored? Is it that easy to reveal them? Wherever and whenever you enter your password in the password box, at least one mechanism teaches it to reuse it for the designed purpose. What is the risk of experiencing identity theft in the typical infrastructure? Could we rely on the identity in the cloud? Do cached credentials bring any danger? Can we just extract them and crack the password or use the value to perform a pass-the-hash attack?

That’s a lot of questions, right? Luckily, Paula comes to the rescue. Together with her Team, they made a DPAPI world discovery where they have reverse-engineered this mechanism to tell you right now how it works and if it is safe. In this webinar, Paula will showcase the weaknesses of technology used in credential security and present specific misused actions within the operating system. The key is to understand how password attacks are carried out. Password spraying, pass-the-ticket, pass-the-key, kerberoasting, and other techniques will be demoed to give you a thorough understanding of what hackers can do.

Identity theft is not a joke. Watch Paula Januszkiewicz, Founder and CEO of CQURE and a world-renowned cybersecurity expert to hear about the most common ways credentials can be leaked and learn to prevent it by implementing various modern solutions. And as always, get ready for a ton of demos and practical tips!
