Misr Technology Services, a subsidiary of the Egyptian Ministry of Finance, is the developer and operator for NAFESA System: the single-point facility for Egyptian importers, exporters, brokers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders. It partnered with BeyondTrust to streamline and improve user experience in several key areas of identity security.

Key results:

  • Streamlined identity management and access controls by automating password management and rotation and extending Microsoft AD credentials to Linux environments.
  • Enforced least privilege, by limiting Windows admin rights to protect endpoints and applications.
  • Improved security efficiency, with a user-friendly privileged access management interface.
