Professional Services Cancellation Policy

BeyondTrust understands that schedules can change. To ensure effective planning and delivery, BeyondTrust requires at least 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule any professional services session without penalty.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 7 days' notice will be considered late.

  • Meetings joined more than 20 minutes late will be considered cancelled.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling sessions can result in delays to the project schedule and the customer bears responsibility for missed deadlines due to late cancellations or reschedules.

  • Rescheduled sessions will be subject to resource availability and leadtimes.

  • Upon the third late cancellation or reschedule, BeyondTrust reserves the right to reduce the project scope or terminate the project.

  • Recovery of project scope may require purchase of additional professional services time.
