Professional Services Cancellation Policy
BeyondTrust understands that schedules can change. To ensure effective planning and delivery, BeyondTrust requires at least 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule any professional services session without penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 7 days' notice will be considered late.
Meetings joined more than 20 minutes late will be considered cancelled.
Cancelling or rescheduling sessions can result in delays to the project schedule and the customer bears responsibility for missed deadlines due to late cancellations or reschedules.
Rescheduled sessions will be subject to resource availability and leadtimes.
Upon the third late cancellation or reschedule, BeyondTrust reserves the right to reduce the project scope or terminate the project.
Recovery of project scope may require purchase of additional professional services time.
