Atlanta, GA/ Halifax, NS – March 22, 2022 - BeyondTrust, the leader in Intelligent Identity and Access Security, announced today that the company has been selected as one of Nova Scotia’s Top Employers in 2022. The annual awards competition is organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers. The recognition highlights BeyondTrust’s success in creating a company culture that sets them apart in their industry. This news comes on the heels of BeyondTrust also being named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers earlier this year.

Nova Scotia’s Top Employers is a special designation that recognizes employers in Nova Scotia who lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine who offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

Currently in its 15th year, the annual competition is managed by Mediacorp Canada Inc., Canada’s largest publisher of employment periodicals and manager of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. The evaluation is based on performance in eight (8) categories, including the physical workplace, work atmosphere, benefits, vacation time, employee communications, performance management, training and development, and community involvement. The annual competition is open to any private or public sector employer with its head office in Nova Scotia.

BeyondTrust was selected for providing numerous progressive opportunities to employees, including cultivating an ownership culture through an employee co-invest plan that is available to all employees; offering a generous referral bonus to employees who recruit candidates from their personal networks; and by encouraging employees to take time for themselves with four weeks of starting vacation allowance and flexible work hours to help employees balance work and personal commitments.
