Tania is an empathetic, authentic, and collaborative cybersecurity leader with nearly 25 years of experience delivering technology and cybersecurity solutions in the Financial Services sector.

Most recently she led the Privileged Access Management and Cyber Protection functions at Macquarie Group, where she successfully established and embedded a central privileged access management function, overseeing the governance and management of over 70,000 highly privileged identities.

Throughout her career, Tania has demonstrated success in leading large technology teams across various sectors, including Technology Infrastructure, Equity Markets and Business Management. She has gained extensive experience in financial services and risk management by implementing business, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Tania is passionate about developing and mentoring individuals and teams for high performance and does this through fostering a culture of psychological safety and inclusion.

As the founder of Nightingale Cybersecurity, Tania is dedicated to supporting individuals and organisations in enhancing their cybersecurity posture. Through specialised and customer-centric cybersecurity advice, guidance, and training, she strives to ensure digital safety and freedom for all.

Andrew Milroy leads the research and advisory business at Focus Network. He is a well-known and respected cybersecurity thought leader and speaker in the APAC region. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the cybersecurity sector, Andrew has worked with clients across all industry sectors and most geographies.

Sam Elliott is the Senior Vice President of Products at BeyondTrust, where he oversees the company’s solution portfolio. Leading with an identity security first approach, he drives product innovation and integration strategies across the broader security ecosystem. A technology veteran of over 18 years, Elliott’s focus is in privileged access management, remote access security, and SaaS strategies. He has helped build successful, cloud-first, startups and held product leadership roles across core technology industries, including Cyber Security, IT Asset Management, and IT Service Management. Elliott earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.

Andrew has been in the financial services industry with a focus on technology since 1988, holding roles at organisations like PwC, IBM, as the Practice Leader for Financial Services, and Gartner as Managing Partner - Financial Services

Since 2015 Andrew has been helping Tech & IT companies understand their risks and get the right tailored insurance as the Managing Director of Sherpa Insurance and later SherpaTech, a customer-focused insurance specialist demystifying the why and how to understand and mitigate risk.

Andrew holds a Master of Applied Finance, is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ryder is a Delivery Lead for major programs at Modern Methodologies with skills in strategy, digital transformation and delivery. Ryder has experience in both private and public sector, helping customers realise their business objectives through the delivery of technology platforms and embedding these platforms into the organisation.
At Modern Methodologies she is passionate about creating true partnerships with customers to achieve their organisational goals through technology, leading teams of experts across different initiatives in the Identity domain.

Ben Wong is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with 30+ years of experience. He began his career at Microsoft as a systems consultant in the early 90s and has since held diverse roles in technology management, sales, and managing channels and alliances over the past 20 years.

Currently, Ben serves as the Sr Director, Partner Ecosystems, at BeyondTrust, working with partners to develop business in the region. He emphasizes the importance of secure digital credentials, ensuring appropriate resource access, at the right time. With his expertise, Ben Wong continues to contribute to the technology sector, focusing on identity security and strategic partnerships.

Moheb Moses is regarded as one of Australia's most authoritative figures in the channel. He co-founded Channel Dynamics 19 years ago, which today is considered one the most respected channel consulting firms in the world. He has delivered channel sales training workshops across Asia Pacific, America, UK and Europe. A regular speaker at industry events, he was inducted into the prestigious ARN IT Hall of Fame in 2011 for his outstanding contribution to the Australian IT industry.

In her role at CyberCX, Hannah is focused on designing and delivering complex cyber security and identity programs and services for organisations across the Asia-Pacific. She has spent 9 years in cyber security and identity and access management consulting, and has led complex and multi-year engagements to implement IAM tools and capabilities. She has used this experience more recently to deliver enterprise-wide Cyber Security Strategy, and provide advice to executive stakeholders on cyber risk and requirements for cyber security uplift.

Scott Hesford has over a decade of experience in IT security. Before joining BeyondTrust in 2019, he worked as Principal Consultant across APJ for CA Technologies where he specialised on technologies within Identity Governance and Administration, Advanced Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Web Access Management and API management. A trusted cyber security advisor to enterprise and mid-market customers alike, his experience spans across several industries including finance, utilities and manufacturing in addition to state and federal governments. 

A 25-plus year technology industry enthusiast, David Peach serves as one of the Westcon director’s responsible for top and bottom-line growth of Westcon P&L, a position which he has held for the past 4 years. He is passionate about building channel partnerships that enable customers to experience the very best that technology can offer. He is an experienced, confident, pragmatic decision maker with immense knowledge about evolving growth metrics that matter in the SaaS and ARR world.

He is an executive leader within the ASEAN ICT community with deep experience gained through working in, and alongside, established and emerging Vendors and Partners as they either transition existing commercial models or build their first channel to capture scale and growth.

As an Account Manager at Perfekt, Jodie is dedicated to cultivating robust client relationships and delivering tangible results that address our customers’ challenges. Her primary focus is on empowering clients with innovative solutions like Beyond Trust, which not only meet their immediate needs but also set the stage for future growth and success.

Perry Chu is Lead Partner Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust. He is a highly skilled IT security professional with more than 20 years of experience. He joined BeyondTrust in 2019, and covered presales engagement and partner enablement across Asia Pacific, especially north Asia regional. Prior to BeyondTrust, he was a solution architect for Asia at One Identity, separated from Dell Software, focusing on IAM solution, and service engagement. He began his career as a solution developer for Quest Canada. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Science from Queen’s University at Kingston, Canada.
