Important BeyondTrust Definitions

  • End of Sale (EoS): The date after which a product is no longer available for purchase.

  • End of Life (EoL): The date after which updates, patches, and support are no longer available for a product. After this date, the product is considered obsolete, meaning it won't have new features, bug fixes, security updates, or customer support.*

1BeyondTrust provides support for any major versions (e.g. 24.1.1) of these products for two years from the generally available (GA) release date. Over a typical two-year period, we release maintenance versions associated with the active major versions (e.g. 24.1.2 or 24.2.1). These releases include critical updates or security patches. Within two years of the major version release, customers should upgrade to the next or active major version.

2BeyondTrust Remote Support on-premises perpetual or term license customers that deployed prior to 01/01/2023 were NOT subject to the 150 Jump Clients per concurrent license ratio for a period of 2 years. Starting on 01/01/2025, all new and existing customers are subject to the 150 Jump Client per concurrent license ratio. Additional Jump Clients are available for purchase through your BeyondTrust account representative.
