What You’ll Do

  • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions
  • Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution for streamlined efficiency
  • Creates ongoing partnership between CRG and broader company’s operations
  • Provides support to CRG Leadership on renewal and migration forecasting
  • Works with CRG leadership to create & maintain department policies, process and procedures documentation
  • Spearheads new methods for data refinement
  • Creates and maintains renewal and migration reporting and dashboards
  • Helps weave migration strategy in operations
  • Oversees EOL campaigns and communication
  • Administers and tracks CRG SPIF’s
  • Evaluates and assess strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies that drive process automation and efficiency
  • Support the development and rollout of systems and digital tools to improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency and provide increased customer insights through data and automation
  • Collaborates with FP&A, Deal Desk, Salesforce team members and others to implement and refine needs associated with the CRG team

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, and Gainsight
  • Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms)
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business
  • Ability to interpret data, not just present it
  • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
