On May 1st Intel announced a critical elevation of privilege vulnerability (Intel-SA-00075) affecting the Intel product family of Active Management Technology (AMT), Intel Standard Manageability (ISM), and Intel Small Business Technology firmware versions 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10.x, 11.0, 11.5, and 11.6.[/caption] For customers, BeyondTrust added detection in Retina’s audit release 3268 shortly after Intel’s announcement.
