Password Safe (PS) Smart Rules are used to create Smart Groups allowing you to add Assets, Systems & Accounts into PS management. The Smart Rule filters you configure for the Smart Groups, determine the accounts that are added as Managed Accounts in Password Safe. Account based Smart Rules are 1 of 3 types along with Asset and Managed System based. We will onboard discovered accounts from previously scanned systems and accounts from a Directory by using a directory query nested within the Smart Rule.
