We’re here at TechEd NA 2012, in sunny Orlando, FL and we’re looking forward to a very busy event.
Today we launch Privilege Guard 3.5 (Edit: now Defendpoint) which you can see live on the Avecto Stand: #245. If you’re attending the event, stop by for a demo of our award winning solution.
Privilege Guard 3.5 includes a number of exciting new features, such as privileged account monitoring, smartcard authentication, WMI Filters, COM elevation and scriptable auditing. The advancements in 3.5 continue to help our customers strengthen the security posture of their desktops and servers, reduce operational costs and help achieve compliance.
Andy Bristow, Worldwide Director of HP Enterprise Security Services believes we’ve achieved something extra special with this release. In the press release, he’s quoted as saying: “The latest enhancements in v3.5 have raised the bar in terms of managing both, external and insider threats, delivering enterprises the ability to implement more intuitive and flexible security measures. Avecto listened and responded to customer requirements and this latest version really sets their technology apart from other offerings available in the market today.”
For us, the launch of Privilege Guard 3.5 continues to strengthen our market leading position in Windows privilege management. If you’re not at TechEd NA 2012, you can still check out all the new features as well as a demo on our website!
