Our product team has just put the finishing touches on the newest release of Retina CS, our award-winning Threat Management Console. Version 3.1 expands our market leadership in innovation for helping IT secure the technologies being widely deployed today.
As it has been since halfway through 2011, Retina CS remains the only unified vulnerability and compliance management solution that integrates security risk discovery, prioritization, remediation, and reporting across your entire IT infrastructure, be it the traditional (server, desktop) or the rapidly expanding (cloud, mobile and virtualization). Just a few of the new capabilities in our 3.1 release include:
MOBILITY
We’ve expanded our coverage for your BlackBerry, Android and ActiveSync devices, including custom audits for Android and ActiveSync, as well as custom scan filters for BlackBerry. We’ve also developed a standalone Android app, which will be available from the Google Play Store.
PRIVATE CLOUD SECURITY
Private cloud security Retina CS is still the only threat management solution that allows you inventory and assess your private cloud infrastructure, with support for EC2 and VMware’s vCenter. With our 3.1 release we’ve expanded that support to include vulnerability management connectors for the market leading cloud services from GoGrid and Rackspace.
CONTEXT AWARE SECURITY INTELLIGENCE WITH RETINA INSIGHT
Retina Insight has been improved with several new capabilities to help drive more informed security strategy decisions for the enterprise. Our first generation of Threat Analyzers have been added to the solution, to offer the ability to analyze and identify vulnerabilities of the highest risk and see the percentage of change as a result of scans and remediation actions.
