Issues Resolved:
- FIM Rules can now be deleted.
- Resolved issue with profile incorrectly identifying SLES 15.
- Resolved issue backing up software after a software upload on Windows platforms.
- We no longer check for change management to determine if RBP transactions should be used.
- Windows cert store inaccessible; added new known pem file to add to trust.
- Removed checking license data on non-license servers in Host Details.
