Symark International Strengthens Management Team with New Executive Appointment
Steve Kelley Named Executive Vice President of Corporate Development
Agoura Hills, Calif. – March 24, 2009 – Symark International, developer of the PowerSeries™ identity and access management solutions for heterogeneous IT environments, today announced the appointment of Steve Kelley as executive vice president of corporate development. Mr. Kelley will oversee strategic planning and business development activities for the company.

Mr. Kelley brings more than 13 years of enterprise software and security industry experience to his role. Before joining Symark, he served in senior product management and business development roles for Websense, a leading security software provider in San Diego, CA. While at Websense, Mr. Kelley provided leadership over web and e-mail security product lines, helped architect a major company acquisition that fortified Websense’s dominant position in the web security marketplace, and negotiated and closed revenue producing technology licensing agreements with leading technology companies like Cisco Systems, NetApp and Yahoo! Mr. Kelley also served as a consultant at Accenture’s Center for Strategic Technology in Palo Alto, CA where he was responsible for leading IT strategy and implementation projects for Global 1000 companies.
Mr. Kelley holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
