The BeyondTrust Customer Success organization is focused on delivering a consistently high level of service and support. For organizations that require dedicated management of support issues, BeyondTrust offers the Technical Account Manager (TAM) service. TAMs serve as a central point of contact to help you meet BeyondTrust solution goals and ensure your success over the long term. Your TAM will partner with you to help your organization get maximum value from BeyondTrust solutions. TAMs are your day-to-day advisor(s) and bridge between our sales, support, and professional services teams.

Technical Account Manager Levels – Which Tier Is Right for Me?

BeyondTrust understands that customers will each have their own unique requirements. With that in mind, we have developed four tiers of TAM service to help you manage your privileged access management (PAM) and vulnerability management (VM) solutions.

  • Platinum (Dedicated TAM): An active member of your team designed to assist throughout product adoption and expansion.
  • Gold (Shared TAM): A coordinator to your team designed to assist throughout product adoption and expansion.
  • Silver (Shared TAM): A coordinator to your team designed to assist throughout the operational phase of the project rollout.
  • Bronze (Shared TAM): An assistant to your team designed to help throughout the operational phase of the project rollout.
