Enable Two-Factor Authentication Included with Your Trial

Log into the administrative interface

BeyondTrust Remote Support includes two-factor authentication. You can test out the capability by enabling it in your trial account.

To do so, log into the administrative interface with your trial credentials: https://rstrial.beyondtrust.com/login.

Activate Two Factor Authentication

Scroll down to the bottom of the My Account page and activate two-factor authentication.

Then scan the QR code with your authentication app.

Log Into the Rep Console Using Two-Factor Authentication

Use two factor authentication to log into the Representative Console

Once two-factor authentication is enabled, you will be prompted to enter the authentication code when you log into the BeyondTrust Representative Console.
