How to Use Annotations During Presentations

Since you have permission to use Annotations during remote support sessions, you can also use them during presentations. Screen annotations let you highlight areas of the screen and draw attention to specific areas and items.

To use annotations, select the annotations icon at the top of the presentation sidebar or the mini-mode toolbar.

Tools available include free drawing, rectangle and circle shapes, erase, undo, delete, color (red/black/white) and line thickness (thin/medium/thick).

After your presentation has begun, you can access the annotations tool by right-clicking anywhere on your screen.

Press ESC to exit annotations mode. Keyboard shortcuts for annotations are also shown when you right-click during a presentation.
