How to Install the Rep Console App for Android

Download the Rep Console from Google Play

The BeyondTrust Representative Console for Android is available for free download from Google Play. From your Android device, search Google Play for "BeyondTrust Representative Console" and then install the app.

Enter rstrial.beyondtrust.com in the Field Marked Site Name

Because the mobile rep console must be downloaded from the Google Play App Store, rather than directly from a BeyondTrust Appliance, the Site Name field will be blank.

The Site Name is the hostname of your BeyondTrust site. For trial users, this is:

rstrial.beyondtrust.com

Note: If you were already a customer, you would enter the hostname of your BeyondTrust site: support.example.com, or something similar.

Authenticate with Your Email and the Password Provided

After you enter rstrial.beyondtrust.com, the fields for your user name and password will appear. Enter your email and the password you received from BeyondTrust to log in.

Congrats! You're Logged into BeyondTrust

Once you've logged in, you'll see an empty support queue just waiting there for you to start a support session.
