Gallen brings more than 25 years of sales experience, including 10+ years of leadership success. His specialties include leading transformations to Cloud and SaaS recurring business models and evolving the sales approach from multi-product to strategic portfolio sales. Bob joins BeyondTrust from Symantec where he led various sales teams of 35-100+ people with quotas of $175M - $415M for more than three years. At Blue Coat Systems, Bob was named the Worldwide Sales Leader of the Year and grew and segmented sales regions to improve sales focus, penetration, and productivity, taking on greater leadership roles over his 12-year tenure.
