BeyondTrust Hires Ben Wong as Director of Channels and…

Ben Wong brings over 25 years of channel and sales experience to BeyondTrust’s APJ market plans

Ben’s vast industry knowledge and go-to-market strategies will further enhance the organization’s channel-focused approach in the region

Atlanta, GA – June 24, 2021 – BeyondTrust, the worldwide technology leader in Privileged Access Management, today announced that Ben Wong has been appointed Director of Channels and Alliances in APJ. Ben brings over 25 years of channels and sales experience, most recently spending three years at ForgeRock, where he led business development and channels in APJ. Prior to that role, he worked at Progress, Rhipe, Symantec and Fujitsu.

His extensive knowledge of channel, sales and go-to-market strategies, along with very relevant industry knowledge in the identity and access management industry, will prove to be an invaluable asset to BeyondTrust’s growth plans for the Asia Pacific region. Ben will drive the expansion of BeyondTrust’s value-added distributor channel and grow its systems integrator, managed service provider, and technology alliance partnerships.

Work closely with customers to help them achieve local regulatory compliance, such as Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Technology Risk Management Guidelines (TRM)
Continue to strengthen our channel focus with value-add distributors, VARs, local and global Sis, as well as key alliances

Ahead of Ben’s appointment, earlier this year BeyondTrust opened their new Singapore office, based on Kim Seng Promenade, Great World City West Lobby. This significant office presence will serve as an excellent base to continue to generate momentum in Asia Pacific.
