When and where is Go Beyond 2022?

Go Beyond is being held May 23-26, 2022 at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, Florida. Pre-conference training sessions and partner-focused sessions are being offered on May 23-24, and General Session will be held on May 25-26. Please refer to the Agenda-at-a-Glance for more details on what's happening on each day.

What are your health and safety policies?

We are excited and prepared to return to an in-person conference this year. Over the coming months we will continue to monitor and adhere to government, venue and health agency guidelines and recommendations as we plan our event. We plan to align with local and venue regulations for mask requirements. At this time we are not requiring a negative COVID test or proof of vaccination prior to attending the conference. However, this is subject to change given the COVID landscape at the time of the conference.

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual for daytime activities and casual for evening events.

How do I attend pre-conference technical training?

You must register for the main conference to be eligible for pre-conference training. Please indicate that you are interested in pre-con training during registration and select your course. Each session is run concurrently and can fit a maximum of 15 students, so please sign up for your course as soon as possible. If your desired course is full and you wish to be placed on a waiting list, please contact gobeyond@beyondtrust.com.

Can I stay additional nights outside the event dates?

Our group rate is available Saturday, May 21 through Friday, May 27. To book additional nights, please contact the hotel directly.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Customers are able to cancel for a refund up to May 8th. Refunds will be issued less a $50 transaction fee. After May 8th, we can no longer offer refunds.

Attendees can modify their registration, including switching from virtual to in-person, anytime by visiting the registration link included in their confirmation email.

When will the registration desk be open?

Registration will be open from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 22 and will be open 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 24. Representatives will be available at the Registration desk for questions and assistance throughout the duration of the conference.

May I bring my spouse or family to evening events?

At this time, Go Beyond evening events are only open to invited customers and partners. However, spouses and family are welcome to stay with you and take advantage of the world-class facilities, including spa, water park and golf course.
