ServiceNow Remote Support CSM Auto-Create
The ServiceNow Remote Support Customer Service Management (CSM) Auto-Create Feature allows customers to provide automatic creation of cases in ServiceNow as an optional feature of our ServiceNow Remote Support CSM Integration.
This feature is part of the ServiceNow Remote Support CSM application. By default, the auto-create functionality is disabled and not available to users of the integration. There is no additional cost to customers who wish to use the feature. Directions to enable the feature are listed below.
- All requirements of the ServiceNow Integration are satisfied and the base integration is working.
- ServiceNow Remote Support CSM Integration version 2.0.0 or later.
