BeyondTrust enables you to support your customers remotely by connecting to them through the BeyondTrust Appliance.
Note that each section begins with screenshots of both an iPad and an iPhone. After that, because the functionality is generally the same, only the iPad is shown. In cases where the functionality differs significantly, both devices are shown.
Use this guide only after an administrator has performed the initial setup and configuration of the BeyondTrust Appliance as detailed in the BeyondTrust Appliance Hardware Installation Guide.
