Description

The runpid variable contains the PID of the Endpoint Privilege Management for Unix and Linux module processing the secured task. In the case of optimized run mode, this PID (for pbrun) is the same as the submitpid. Otherwise, this contains the PID of pblocald.

This read-only variable is not available during the processing of the policy, because it is created after the policy performs an accept. This variable is available in the event log.

There is no run version of this variable.
