The Role:
BeyondTrust is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to oversee and manage the BeyondTrust University portal. This role will focus on making sure the LMS is designed and maintained to help enable learners. This will include the design, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing LMS offerings.
As the LMS Administrator, you will support existing and new enablement initiatives to support customers, employees, and partners. In addition, you will partner closely with a variety of BeyondTrust teams to ensure the LMS provides support and data for all key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage BeyondTrust’s learning management system (LMS).
- Define user roles in the LMS.
- Ensure the LMS is properly integrated to all required systems including Okta, Salesforce, and other tools.
- Serve as an escalation path for support cases regarding the LMS platform and liaise with vendor to resolve.
- Become the LMS subject matter expert.
- Consult with stakeholders on to map LMS capabilities to enablement program needs.
- Work with stakeholders to build and access analytics about learners.
- Stay up to date on upcoming features and releases of the LMS.
- Identify how new features or changes to the platform will impact users and work with stakeholders to remediate.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing an LMS.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests.
- Solid understanding of the challenges for the learner experience.
- Ability to use data to identify trends in learning.
- History of providing technical support for an LMS.
- Ability to effectively provide feedback to key stakeholders.
- Provide insider LMS knowledge.
Nice To Have:
- Experience implementing or migrating an LMS.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Ability to create eLearning content.
