The Role:

We seek a talented individual to fill a crucial role in our enablement programs. This position requires someone who can delve deeply into our integrations and product APIs, becoming a subject-matter expert and helping our teams create scalable content for our partners. The resulting materials will be used across our organization, benefiting employees and customers. This role is vital to enhancing customer engagement and developing a well-rounded instructor team with a broader reach beyond our current customer base.

What You’ll Do:

  • In-depth knowledge of the BeyondTrust software product lines.
  • Develop and maintain BeyondTrust University training materials on integrations and APIs
  • Make use of new learning technologies, such as distance learning tools.
  • Keep personal IT skills and knowledge up to date.
  • Responsible for training customers and partners on Beyond Trust’s software and ensuring full knowledge transfer.
  • Proven customer-facing communication and ability to properly set and manage customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in different parts of the business.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Ability to make and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IT principles.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs.
  • Comfortable and familiar with working with Fortune 500 companies, government, and educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Personable yet knowledgeable training demeanor.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer use cases.
  • Basic Software Development skills.
  • Able to travel (<15%)

Nice To Have:

  • Experience delivering software training both on-site and virtually.
  • Technical experience with operational technology, endpoint security, or identity security spaces.
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Cyber Security and/or networking background.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Basic knowledge of macOS and Linux environments.
  • Other languages like Spanish, German, or French.
