The Role:

Are you a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for sales and building relationships? BeyondTrust is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospects, nurturing leads, and qualifying opportunities before passing them on to the Sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in engaging potential customers and driving revenue growth across Germany.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build rapport with prospects, transitioning initial inquiries into warm and responsive leads.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities for BeyondTrust ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales team members, creating strategic initiatives and target lists.
  • Enter prospect information accurately into Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.
  • Enhance your product knowledge by actively participating in training sessions.
  • Attend sales meetings when appropriate, contributing to team alignment and coordination.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to optimize revenue generation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, becoming a valued partner to them.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, allowing you to prioritize your workload and maximize efficiency.

  • Solid organizational skills to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in phone-based prospecting, sales, and customer service.
  • Native or business proficient German language.

Desirable Skills (but not essential):

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools e.g. Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with software/cybersecurity.
