The Role:

The BeyondTrust Technology Alliances Integration Manager for Identity Security Insights is a critical position responsible for driving the success of BeyondTrust technology alliance partner integrations for BeyondTrust Identity Security Insights solution.  Connecting to and integrating with third-party applications is at the core of privilege management and overall cyber-security.  The position requires strong technical skills that balance market needs with the BeyondTrust platform and portfolio of solutions along with our future SDK strategy.  A strong technical understanding of the Identity security market, customer IT environments and rapidly evolving security technologies is critical to this position’s success.  The position also heavily relies upon strong project management and communication skills.

This individual will work closely with BeyondTrust technology alliance partners, technology alliances, product management, engineering, professional services and marketing teams on the overall Identity Security Insights integration vision and roadmap. Consistent communication with customers, partners, and prospects is expected to have a continuous feedback loop into the product vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive Identity Insights product integration innovation through customer research, competitive positioning and market thought leadership and drivers.
  • R&D new integration use cases working with emerging partners and explore opportunities with existing strategic partners working with Insights PM team. 
  • Building out proof of concepts of new integrations to validate use cases and capabilities.
  • Provide on-boarding support to build new Identity Insights integrations working with PM, UX and Engineering teams.
  • Provide technical education for BeyondTrust stakeholders and partner ecosystem as related to Insights integrations.
  • Offer subject matter expertise to support messaging, collateral, presentations, demos, etc. that enable critical field resources and communicates our integration’s value proposition.
  • Present at partner events, trade shows, seminars, and oversee internal demonstration facilities.
  • Build and maintain TAP Technology Lab for product demonstrations and technical enablement of integrations.

  Required experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology integration, product management, solution engineering, and/or similar roles within fast growing SaaS security companies
  • Experience with cyber-security and privilege access management preferred.
  • Knowledge of key emerging technology areas such as AI, ITDR, SOAP, XDR, SOAR, Cyber Insurance, Robotics, etc
  • Experience with product development environments and processes
  • Experience with building, developing and growing product life cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in working with design and engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing and corporate marketing to deliver content, drive thought-leadership and demand-gen programs.
  • Experience delivering support to field and channel sales organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with integration portfolios would be a plus (REST/SCIM API, OAuth, SAML, Azure, AWS, Javascript, NodeJs, PowerShell, Python, .NET, etc)

Education: BA/BS in business or technical field, or relevant experience required
