The Role:

BeyondTrust is seeking a highly organized and talented Sales Enablement Content Manager to join our team and focus on ensuring the success of our global sales and partner enablement programs. The Sales Enablement team acts as the Voice of Sales and Partners to drive efficiencies and maintain alignment between sales and all functional departments to accelerate revenue and enable our sellers, their managers, and our partners.

The Sales Enablement Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and distribution of sales and partner enablement content. This role involves uploading, organizing, and tracking various types of content, including audio, visual, and written materials. The Content Manager will utilize platforms such as Highspot, SharePoint, Teams, and other content management systems (CMS) to ensure efficient content management and access. They will also play a vital role in fulfilling content requests, analyzing content utilization, and advocating for the effective utilization of go-to-market and enablement content. Additionally, the Content Manager will create and publish the weekly sales enablement newsletter. 
This role will focus on enablement content for our go-to-market teams globally, as well as internal programs that drive critical go-to-market initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Upload, Manage, Advocate, and Track Content: Efficiently upload, manage, and track sales and partner enablement content using designated platforms and CMS. Advocate for the effective utilization of content throughout the sales enablement process.
  • Content Management: Organize and categorize various content types, including audio, visual, and written materials. Ensure content is easily accessible and well-structured within Highspot, SharePoint, Teams, and other CMS platforms.
  • Content Request Handling: Field requests for content sharing, location, organization, and uploading. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Analyze and Track Utilization: Monitor and analyze the utilization of go-to-market and enablement content. Identify trends, patterns, and gaps in content effectiveness. Provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Sales Enablement Newsletter: Organize, write, and publish the weekly sales enablement newsletter. Curate relevant content, provide updates on sales enablement initiatives, and ensure consistent communication with the sales team.
  • Internally manages and promotes content, including, marketing, partner, and sales initiatives to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver an effective content management strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Understands content categorization and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.
  • Understands editorial governance so content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Manages the sales enablement calendar, project list, and organization workflows.
  • Manages content and channel strategy of digital content hubs and all supporting modalities, including email/newsletter distribution.
  • Measures program effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in software sales, sales enablement, sales training, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple content requests and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Highspot, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret content utilization data.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and drive projects with urgency and independently with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies; demonstrable experience with sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to facilitate engaging training and lead group meetings in-person or virtually.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement processes and best practices
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in content management and distribution.
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, skilled at project and change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Have:

  • Project management experience.
  • Channel or partner sales enablement experience.
  • Experience with a global customer base.
  • Experience and understanding of best practices around the sales process, sales cycles, methodologies, and the sales funnel.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or the software industry.
  • Track the effectiveness of sales enablement, including the measurement of sales productivity and performance.
  • Experience using Intellum Exceed or other learning management system (LMS).
