The Role:
BeyondTrust is a leader in Privileged Access Management, our solutions protect global companies from the growing cyber threat.
We are seeking a HR Operations Analyst to partner with the business collaboratively and provide guidance to employees and people managers to resolve employee questions, issues and concerns. You will present recommendations and implement effective HR solutions to improve processes and systems. This role takes responsibility to collect, compile, and analyse HR data, metrics, and statistics. You will be vital in ensuring data integrity by addressing real-time data issues, testing system changes, and continually analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Advises and advocates on HR policies and procedures to promote company culture and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee data for the HR information system, including hiring, terminating, transferring employees, enacting job changes, and updating pay rates
- Collaborate with functional experts to ensure all systems and processes are communicating properly to and from the HRIS platform
- Work closely with the HR team to administer and support all HR system technologies and enhancements that improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Assists with projects such as data and workflow management to support ad-hoc HR projects
- Monitor the HRIS and ServiceNow and respond to inquiries from employees
- Maintain system security roles and groups to ensure users are assigned proper security roles. Create/disable users as requested in a timely manner
- Responsible for data integrity in the system by running queries and analyzing data
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues to ensure timely resolution
- Develops, produces, and analyzes reports generated on a regular and ad-hoc basis from HRIS system
- Audit the hiring process with respect to interfaces that run between the ATS and HRIS platforms
- Develop and maintain records retention process which includes managing active and inactive employee files and support for storage of records
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-3 year experience in HR technology
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting
- Strong knowledge of HR process and systems
- Knowledge of federal, state or local employment regulations
- Ability to apply sound judgement and discretion in managing work and handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests in an effective and timely manner; ability to work in a complex, matrix environment with tight deadlines and evolving administrative processes
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
