Job Summary

Do you want to see local admin on endpoints banished? Do you want to work on the industry’s leading least privilege endpoint management technology helping make that a reality? If you answered yes to both of those questions, this may be the role for you. The Sr. Product Manager for EPM will be primarily focused on enhancing BeyondTrust’s Endpoint Privilege Management solutions which are designed to ensure an organization can achieve a least privilege security posture by removing local admin rights but ensuring end users remain productive.

As a member of the Beyond Trust product management team, the Senior Product Manager for EPM is responsible for planning and execution throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. The SR. Product Manager will have a focus on Linux endpoint privileged management and a significant role in determining the mission and strategy for the Linux EPM space, and accountability for the product roadmap to achieve that vision and mission. In this role, you will work with a variety of Linux technologies alongside critical adjacent technologies, such as on-prem and cloud-native identity providers, public and private cloud platforms, and containerization technologies, all of which are used to deliver our solutions to our customers.

The right candidate will have technical expertise in Linux operating systems and their use within the enterprise and the wider business landscape, both on-premise and in private/public cloud.  You will also have a strong background in Windows and Mac endpoint systems as well as directory services like on-prem Active Directory and more modern directories like AzureAD. You must have experience in delivering SaaS products to market and have expertise in the typical cyber security threats which Linux environments face. You will build the product strategy for Linux EPM, through the market, customer, and user research, which you will be expected to help define, from which you will determine the roadmap, priority, use cases, and requirements. You will oversee the execution and delivery of these requirements to our customers across cross-functional stakeholders, working to remove blockers along the way. You will work closely with the engineering team to support release cycles to continuously improve BeyondTrust’s Linux EPM capabilities for its customers.

The right candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, in the form of creating and sharing business cases and obtaining subsequent buy-in for the delivery of innovative new solutions.  Strong management of pipeline generation in conjunction with Product Marketing is expected, and tactical working with sales to help shepherd deals through the pipeline to complete is essential.
