Job Summary

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for an Agile Development Team. You will guide and steer the team to delivering relevant technical solutions based on good software engineering principles, best practices and your knowledge and experience. You will help drive technical solutions that meet customers’ needs, with collaboration from other stakeholders.  Along the way, you will motivate, coach and mentor team members to deliver forward-looking, high quality, frequent releases.

As a Lead Software Engineer you will be be instrumental in defining and driving software development processes, strategies, and best practices across all teams as well as hands-on development.
