Education Technology Support Specialist
We're looking for someone to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our learners, primarily external partners, who are completing BeyondTrust University courses. Design, update, and build out hands-on lab environments for courses that support BeyondTrust software product lines. Work with customer support to understand common product issues and help with the creation of short eLearning troubleshooting videos for BeyondTrust major product lines.
