What's the role?

We're looking for a Technical Support Manager to lead our passionate technical support team who take responsibility for resolving complex customer issues, ensuring client environments are securely protected by BeyondTrust products. You’ll take ownership for ensuring the success and development of your team and managing day-to-day technical support operations.
