Position Summary/Objective:

The Customer Success Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting with the research, design, implementation, securing and maintenance of a mission critical network and software resources used by the global support team. A successful Support Systems Analyst will have a working understanding of and be able to enable processes for delivering Support and Services.
