Position Summary/Objective: 

The Support Systems Engineer is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, securing and maintaining a mission critical network and software resources used by the global support team. A successful Support Systems Engineer will have a working understanding of, and be able to enable processes for delivering Support and Services.
